I brought my daughter here to see about getting the lower half of her clarinet fixed. The two gentleman working were very helpful and professional. We left our clarinet there to get sent off for repairs and while we wait we got a rental clarinet. The process was headache free and quick!
I came to this place to get some pieces for my saxophone (I have no idea how to hold it, play it, or put it together). Erica and Corbin are very knowledgeable and helpful. With Erica's help, I purchased the perfect mouthpiece, a ligature, and some reeds. I'm more than ready to start my lessons next month.
It had what I needed, so that was good. However, the staff seemed like they would've loved to be anywhere but at work.
Julian is awesome! My 12 year old and I took his sax across the street for minor repair then came to look around. My son also plays the guitar and Julian just jumped right in and started showing him some stuff. They had a mini jam session on the spot.
