Went to the store to rent an instrument for my son. Mike greeted me even though he was in the middle of helping another customer and the phone was ringing. When it was finally my turn, he answered in detail all my questions about the billing cycle, optional cleaning kit and music book.
The entire staff is always friendly and helpful. I brought my daughters violin in twice for them to tune and they did it complementary, when I realized it would be easier to buy a tuner, they spent a good half hour walking me through how to use it. Thanks Jess, Katie, Kim and Liz!
I love this store. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased an acoustic guitar for my daughter and we had to bring it back because there was a problem with the fret. Liz took great care of us! Very satisfied with the service we received.
