Courteous and considerate. My daughter's clarinet required an upper joint key adjustment after a spring fell out of place. The warranty from the company from which we purchased the instrument would have meant about a week in turn around time (minimum) for mail service.
This music store is great! I bought an Allora clarinet for $400. Due to tariffs between the U.S. and Japan, they raised the price to $600. The nice lady lowered it to $500. She called her manager to ask if she could lower the price further. She did, and I bought it for $526.56.
I have had 2 children that take lessons at this location. One with Rick Mann and the other with Miss Liz. Very good teachers. The staff are very friendly. I usually see Charlie or Amanda when I am in and they always point me in the right direction for what I am looking for.
Thank you for being open! Lots of options for entry into guitars here! I saw at least 5 guitars that were priced great for a starter that I would buy. Snare head was 11 bucks. Helpful folks open till 9!
