My experience with Music & Arts was truly exceptional. I reached out with a last-minute request for a 1/4 bass, and although I was not an existing customer, your team went above and beyond to ensure my daughter had the instrument she needed for her spring concert.
Bought a piano for my daughter from here and rented a drum set for my son. They made the process very easy. The staff was able to answer any questions that we had about the Instruments they also I told us about options they had for for instructional classes this is a good place to get your music equipment.
Music and Arts has been our go-to store for items our daughter Madison needed for jazz and marching band the last 8 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store has a wide variety of items such as music, valve oil, lyre, instruments you can buy or rent, and more.
I feel bad for the people that had a bad experience with this business. I’ve been a customer of theirs for 5 years. I leased a clarinet for my kid and the entire transaction went very smooth. I’ve ordered reeds and paid online, had them delivered to the school with ease. I’ve had repairs as well.
