I have been doing business with the Greenbrier store for more than 10 years. I recently moved to Newport News in August and I came upon this store while Christmas shopping. All of the staff are very friendly. Brittany took my order today and she was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.
I have purchased a couple of guitars, accessories and sheet music here and most recently, inquired about violin lessons. The employees have always been very helpful & friendly. Danielle, the staff member who assisted me today was extremely helpful.
I really enjoyed my lessons here with Gary Dawson! He’s a super knowledgeable guy and really wants everyone to succeed. On the down side, I did not know that the music lessons would renew automatically after the four initial ones.
Great customer experience. Brought the guitar in to get a string replaced, they suggested all since it they were all overdue. Austin polished the neck and put recommended strings on all for a good deal. I appreciated the attentiveness and positive attitudes.
