A+++! Great experience! After spending some time perusing the website the other day, I ended up calling and speaking to Ben for a while about an amp I was interested in. We had a great chat. I found him super helpful and friendly and, as it turns out, I decided to buy the amp. I'm impressed with this shop.

I ordered a Takamine classical guitar from here. Not only was the guitar in fantastic condition for its age, it was significantly cheaper than other stores on Reverb whose inventory was in worse condition! It even had an updated pickup model (which is one of the only flaws of this particular model).
