They have always been super helpful here! I use to take lessons here when I was in 3rd grade (all the way through high school) and now my daughter has started violin lessons and this is the only place I would go to purchase any musical instrument! Highly recommend using Music Doctors in Kingsport!
Very helpful & knowledgeable staff. My band student's flute needed repair, very specifically, several pads needed replacing. We dropped off the flute, and had not even made it out of the parking lot before we had received a call from the gentleman who checked the instrument.
Great music store! I play the violin and my old violin had many repairs done here. The staff is nice, and the service is pretty fast. Although one time I got my bow rehaired and the spreader wedge keeps trying to fall out, but other than that it's a great place!
Rob was fantastic on the phone, very patient answered all my questions. Offered to hold the sax for 1 day until we were able to come in person to look at it. Walking in was greeted promptly and serviced right away. My grandson is over the moon happy. They do offer music tutor list to choose for private lessons.
