Due to health regulations my time in this store was very brief, but Jeff and the store staff were very hospitable in allowing me to enter the store before a party with a reservation arrived. I'm a novice at piano as I normally play horn and string instruments, and I have never been in a shop dedicated to the Piano.
Music Exchange has a wide selection of piano from digital to acoustic. The prices are reasonable and they have their in house financing program if needed. The staff are very friendly especially Jeff G. who took time to provide us the best piano suitable for our needs.
I've been remiss about writing this review as it's been almost a year since we bought our piano here. We had been looking to trade in our upright piano for a baby grand and Jeff helped us immensely through the whole process.
Matthew helped me a lot. Walked in looking for a temporary piano to rent and I ended up getting a great piano. They do not offer rental but their pianos are so good it would be silly not following their advises. I will be back next year after taxes and upgrade my beautiful Yamaha G5 for a C7 and I really can’t wait.
