I’m a new customer here. I purchased an EBM 4 bass guitar from another store out of Maryland. It was such a good deal I couldn’t resist. However, something must have happened in shipping causing the guitar to not have any sound. The Maryland store contacted this store and had me bring it in here.
Just shopped at this store. What a great team. They are vey friendly enthusiastic and knowledgeable. No matter the price point every purchase is important. I was buying a cheap guitar for my son and he treated the $79 purchase as important as a $799 purchase. He was the guy with the fro. I don’t remember his name.
