Great music store with a large selection of guitars, bass guitars, keyboards, and everything else music wise. The staff, especially Gabe & and Patrick, were super helpful and friendly. There are practice spaces as well.
We came here for my wife to trade her electronic drums and go back into acoustic. I am so glad we chose this store.They have so much selection and what I didn't know was how fantastic their drum guy would be. I think his name was Gabe.Based on these other reviews. He spent a lot of time with us.
I bought a pre-owned Ovation Celebrity Elite with a hard case for about $450. Everything works great! This guitar was awesome, the store was so well organized and the employees were so knowledgeable and helpful. Playing this guitar is helping me with music therapy to make me happy.
Bought a used Epi LP Jr Special from this store based on the pictures only. Graded as VG. Guitar arrived, well packed in perfect condition. I have bought new guitars that weren't this nice. Mint condition, no wear marks. Excellent price. Mos def will deal with them again.
Selling or trading gear at Music Go Round
Music Go Round comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
