First of all, I’ve been coming to these guys for about two years and every time has been phenomenal customer service and a great experience. I wanted to highlight one of the employees by the name of Tyler.
They will low-ball you for trade-ins. Fair deals on used gear otherwise. Selling? Try Craigslist, reverb, fb marketplace, offer up, etc. Edit: updated to 5 stars from 2 stars because they're a good store they were just prolly overstocked and didn't need an MPC that badly

No need to go no further, this store got it ALL! Employees are extremely knowledgeable and quick with the expertise. Special shout out to Mark, he able to repair my violin quick and efficiently. Definitely will be returning!
