Bob was a HUGE help getting my guitar. Ordered from the factory website and Bob drove it over to my home same day. Cannot beat that!
Went here for the music store aspect of it. They definitely carry more things related to guitars than any place I've seen. From the whole guitar, to all the parts and pieces sold separately. Prices are ok.
