We had a great experience today. We are new to guitars, and Larry and his wife were super helpful and patient. I look forward to returning and having my children really get involved with music. My son is very excited to get started with his first electric bass guitar.
Ive been in twice so far and both great experiences. Went in today, 8/18/23 and they were in the middle of dealing with a very disruptive customer. After they dealt with him, they instantly gave me amazing customer service despite having a somewhat emotionally charged confrontation.
We have purchased three guitars from Music One and had a great experience each time. We took our son there to try his first guitar, and they hooked him up with a not too expensive one, so we could determine how serious he was about playing.
It's the only shop that is a 'dealer' in the valley. So they get away with not having competition and it's old school. But for what it is and where they are, it works. And they're more than happy to order anything you want. All prices are at internet price so no need to order online.
