The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They promptly researched the answers to specific questions I had regarding the bass guitar I wanted to purchase and explained things clearly. They set up the bass superbly, and kindly lowered the action as far as possible as per my request.
Ordered a Line 6 Helix with free 2-day shipping. Received an email notification that item shipped but it was scheduled to arrive in 8 days.
