I walked into the store with a very minimal amount of knowledge about turntables and setting them up. I wanted to upgrade from my previous setup without breaking my budget. Greg took plenty of time to walk me through a variety of options and even set up equipment to hear what the options sounded like.
I was recently looking to upgrade my vinyl setup, and wow…I won’t ever buy anything online again—I’ll just go here. Greg is SO INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about all things audio-related and is very friendly and helpful.
I have been coming to this store for 5 years. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It is very easy to get an equipment demo. I have purchased many records and a lot of audio gear here. I fully trust the knowledge and experience of the staff. And the only gear sold here is top notch.
Incredible hidden gem in Ross, huge selection of vinyl, turntables and audio equipment. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, would totally recommend to anybody that was in the area and was curious, easily one of my favorite record stores in the area by far
