I went there to get my harmonium serviced. What a helpful and amazing staff that they have. Michael looked at my harmonium and fixed it in no time. There was another issue with stuck key and another gentleman looked into it and fixed it. They are trustworthy and sell instruments from original vendors..
Music instruments of INDIA - A niche market indeed. Staff very friendly and know what their inventory is all about. I was able to get everything I needed and most impressed with the quality. Highly recommend this shop.
I had one of the best customer service experiences with Musician’s Mall. I needed an old but special sitar to be restrung and Jordan and his team went above and beyond to coordinate the pickup and take care of it well. I’m honestly blown away by how caring the team was towards my instrument.
This place is your one stop shop for all things classical Indian music. Plus the customer service is stellar and the repairman, Michael I believe is his name, is not only extremely thorough and professional he is also super friendly and cleaver.
