I can't speak for other reviews' experiences but my experience as a customer with NEMC was great. I didn't think my son would play the trombone for very long, so a rental seemed like the way to go. After a few months it was obvious he was going to stick with it, so I informed NEMC I was going to return the rental.
My children have enjoyed playing their instruments rented from NEMC-RENT for about three years. During this time, one of my children decided to switch instruments, and the transition process was very easy, thanks to NEMC's excellent staff and service.
I dealt with NEMC for my kids school band classes. I felt the rental system is very easy to start and close. They do the instrument drop offs and pickup themselves. The instruments are really good quality. I also thought the call center was very quick in handling any issue.
I rented instruments through NEMC for my children's school music classes and was very pleased with the easeof setting up the rental and staff support. Tge home delivery and pickup for rental and any coordination regarding repairs at a local shop was easily navigated. I would highly recommend using NEMC for any parent.
