I had Alex work on a Jaguar I acquired recently. I tried to do my own rudimentary setup but was fighting the beast every time I picked it up to play . I asked Alex to go through the guitar and do a proper setup. Alex took the time to find out my style of playing and what tone I was looking to achieve with my setup.
The owner of this business is an awesome person to meet. The entire experience is great. When you drop off your instrument, he meets with you and starts looking your guitar over in front of you. He will explain exactly what he recommends, why, and the cost.
