I would like to thank David Neely for repairing my beloved Les Paul Studio guitar. I give David the highest recommendation. I had heard wonderful things about David over the years, and now I understand why. I foolishly dropped this guitar in its soft case, resulting in an ugly crack in the headstock.
David came highly recommended by Taylor to look at some action/neck/saddle issues I had been dealing with on a '01 614CE. The day I brought it in, I also brought along my '80 Les Paul to see if he could give some insight on buzzing/worn frets/grooved nut slots and general issues that compounded over the years leading…
David is great - he's excellent at what he does and a genuinely enjoyable guy to be around and chat with. He worked on a telecaster I bought second-hand that was in pretty bad shape due bad quality control out of the factory.
Dave Neely is an amazing guitar whisperer. No wonder he has restored and repaired guitars and other stringed instruments for a vast array of the best known musicians of the last four decades - people who can afford to go anywhere.
