I was in a panic because I couldn’t find anywhere that was selling alto saxophone ligaments. I was given this store as a recommendation from Darrel Music Hall and when I went in everyone was extremely nice and super friendly and everyone reached out and asked if there was anything they could do to help!
Best place to get your instrument fixed. Very friendly staff, makes you feel like family :)
Dropped quickly into NE Brassworks to ask some questions/concerns about my trombone slide. All the technicians I met, Ian and Girellis, were quick to answer any questions I had. They did swift and excellent work on my slide and even did more wonderful things to my horn that I wasn't going to bother them with.
They did a phenomenal job repairing my Shires trombone (it feels better than when I got it 10 years ago!) and expediting the repair as I had a slew of Christmas gigs coming up. I've been to several repair shops in New England and Chicago that are famous and this one holds up to them with much better pricing.
