Highly recommend Newell's, I dealt with Michael on my purchase of a used bass. Unfortunately aside from pictures I wasn't able to see the instrument in person but Michael went over everything with me and they did a thorough inspection of the bass and replaced the strings.
I've looked at many sites on the internet pricing a Taylor guitar. I wanted to buy local but was a little worried about the price difference. However, today I walked in Newell's and found the exact guitar in the store as online at the exact same price. I am a happy customer.
