I brought my used $100 acoustic guitar in to get restrung, and Niagara Music made it sound like a guitar worth thousands. The difference was unreal. They also fixed my acoustic-electric jack and clearly explained what was wrong and why it happened, which I really appreciated.
A wonderful music store with a nice selection of instruments. Bought my son a beautiful, used Epiphone Dot at an excellent price. The gentleman who took care of us made sure my son loved the guitar. He went as far as saying "I'd rather not sell it at all, if he doesn't 100% love it".
My banjo was knocked off its stand and broke both the nut and twisted the neck. Ran it up to the shop just before closing. Both owner and repair guy very patient and understanding, talked me through what they were going to do and did a beautiful job on the repair.
These guys are so awesome and I love the store. The kind of place you can go and find an odd part, get a straight answer from someone who knows exactly what you're talking about and some of the best guitar work and setups from Brian you could ever hope for. Really solid selection of guitars and amps and pedals too.
