I rented an instrument here because I'm learning it at school. The staff were very friendly.
Very reasonable manager. Store had temporarily misplaced an instrument brought in for repair. The mgr offered reasonable and generous compensation. I've been coming to this store for at least 10 years, as I taught Beginning Strings class, piano, and ukulele.
I have been a loyal customer of Nick Rail Music for over 36 years. Building a solid relationship with NRM was easy. The staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive of both my personal needs and my school's needs. The Agoura location has been my go-to for the past twelve years.
Nick Rail music did an amazing job getting me a violin rental! I need to thank Ron especially and his associate for walking me through the whole process and being so kind.
