I made a purchase there a couple of months ago. Their prices were the best that I could find. I had a problem with my guitar tuner and expected to have to buy a new one. I did not have to buy a new one and they solved my problem. They're always very cordial. I will not be going to any other store but this one.
Quiet, no crowd, very helpful staff and knowledgeable. Went to buy a music book for my daughter. They charged $14 something and Amazon had it for $7 but would take some time and daughter could not wait. So paid double the price. That's pretty expensive.
Melissa gave me exceptional great customer service called me back three time, she also helped me figure out what would be a great beginners guitar to get for my 10 year old grandson.
Nick Rail Music store is a locally owned business that really cares about its customers. They have done excellent adjustment and restringing of 2 or 3 of my guitars and also completely restored my flute recently. It’s so easy to play now!
