During our annual trip to New Hampshire, me and my bf stopped in just to browse. Gary, the owner, was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. We have been in this store, many years ago. It is now under the new ownership of Gary, and it shows.
Well stocked, superb quality inventory, and a heck of a good crew! Brought a used and abused guitar in there for a tune up; I was honestly expecting a simple adjustment and got way more! A fellow by the name of S. showed me how to adjust every aspect of said axe.
I came up to North Conway to ski and brought my acoustic guitar for a local open mic. Cold weather and 0% humidity caused the neck to bow enough so the guitar would not play right.
I haven't been to many music stores but the staff, John and Nicole were phenomenal. I went to have strings replaced on my guitar and they did it, walked me through every step of the process as they were doing it (to teach me), and even looked and corrected some imperfections on my guitar.
