We've been renting an instrument from these guys. And after a week or so, my son found a way to loosen his chin rest and remove the cork. I took it in because they offer free repair with the rental agreement. I walked in, both gentlemen were working on something.
James and all of their luthiers are the best around. ,very very affordable for gear and rentals,,,you receive guaranteed maintenance on rentals too done by the best Their rentals range in quality per student needs, but none are low quality!
My daughter just started middle school and joined orchestra. The staff was very helpful figuring out which viola fit her best and making sure we had everything that we needed for her. Rental price is also really good.
Great rental program, repairs, and knowledgeable staff. Rented, and later purchased, a high quality cello from Northland. Quickly turned around repairs so we'd have the cello back w/in a day. Would highly recommend.
