I needed my flute worked on in a very short timeframe and the technician said they didn't carry any rental instruments that would meet my needs while waiting for repairs. He knew that my daughter would be competing soon and that she needed the flute daily for school and practice.
Nottlemans Music has been a part of my family since the 1970s/80s when my mom had her clarinet serviced there when she attended Fox High School. With that said, Marty and everyone at Nottleman’s has always been super helpful and polite even when I can tell they are swamped.
Such a wonderful place with GREAT customer service (which can be hard to find nowadays). I called to see if they had or could fix a flute pad the gentleman on the phone was so helpful and even offered to have me being in the flute the same day to see if his flute man could repair it. He was able to do this as I waited!
I had been looking for a place to get my clarinet repaired, and by my first experience here, I am incredibly pleased. I emailed them before going, and they were responsive. When I arrived they remembered answering my email, so they knew what needed repaired already.
