Eric is the best guitar tech in the region. He's all business, all expertise, and no bs - the ideal combination of qualities in a guitar tech for someone like myself who does more harm than good whenever I try to repair anything.
I’ve done business with Eric and NoVa Guitar setups in the past, and I’m a repeat customer for a reason. I recently took him a guitar that I bought over 30 years ago that had a lot of sentimental value.
I contacted Eric about a custom setup for my 12 string guitar. He said he could do it with no hesitation and gave me a time I could drop it off. Eric let me know what was needed from me, which was just my choice of strings, and was very responsive with any questions I had.
Eric at NoVA Guitar Setups did an excellent job setting up my three brand-new MTD basses (4-string, 5-string, and 6-string). The action was lowered perfectly across all three instruments, making them incredibly comfortable and effortless to play while still retaining clarity and punch.
