As a musician and the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series and SERA Archives thriller novels, I like having places where I can reset with music, and Northwest Music in Coeur d’Alene was a great surprise. The interior stands out right away.
Mike and Josh spent countless hours on the phone with Fender to get them to honor the warranty on my Fender Acoustasonic. After finally coaxing Fender into honoring their warranty, they notified NW music that it would be 30 to 90 days for the part to come in.
Got my guitar strings changed and can’t be happier, guitar sounds amazing! They oiled and polished everything ! They have a great selection of strings to choose from at a competitive price. Awesome customer service with both the sales and tech team! I Will be going there again and recommend you do too!
I came in interested in getting some music recording equipment. I had somewhat of an idea what I needed but came hoping someone here could help me in the next steps. I got just that I felt.
