The staff at Fawley's is very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. I recently decided to purchase a guitar to learn to play. I am now considering an electric to broaden my music options. Long story short, I just stopped in to make a small purchase and get some information about amplifiers and electrics.
Fawley's has been good to me, overall. I wanted a guitar that they didn't carry, and they went out of their way to find it for me. Despite having a similar model hanging on their wall. On top of that, they let me make payments on it!.
I had an excellent experience at Fawley’s today. Wonderful customer service. I was looking for a quality used trumpet. The staff person helped me find the exact brand that I was searching for. He pulled it from the back and it turned to be exactly what I had hoped to find.. I was also interested n learning the banjo.
People there are really nice. The prices are only a tad higher than amazon. I would recommend.
