I reached out to Graham after being rejected from multiple stores in Harrisburg regarding a Spanish classical guitar my father had passed down to me. I had left it in a hot trunk for an extended period of time, failing to realize the damage it would do to the sentimental piece.
Graham worked on my early 00s Fender Jagstang, and I can tell you this: Graham is the best. Starting with the obvious work, the guitar plays like a dream, and it's as clean as it can possibly be. I toured with it as a teenager, and it's definitely seen some rough times. After Graham's work, you could never tell.
I sought the help of Oak Hill Guitar Works to upgrade 2 Fender Telecasters with new pickups and enhanced playability. Couldn't be more pleased with the experience and results. Graham's technical expertise was matched by his careful attention to detail and responsive customer service.
Took a chance and purchased an Aria Mach 1 mandolin during an online auction as a gift. Unfortunately, due to the age and condition of the wood, it was not playable because it could not be tuned. Thank goodness for Graham's passion to breathe new life into old instruments!
