Fantastic customer service. Always a nice person behind the desk willing to answer questions or help with an issue you're having. The selection of guitars is great, ranging from beginner budget guitars to higher-end pieces. On multiple occasions I've gotten upwards of 10% off on a large purchase.
When my son started taking lessons from Ken Dorn at Old Towne Music, he had never played an instrument and could not read music.
