I am so greatful for Craig at O'Learys Music Center. My Boyfriend 's daughter came home from school upset that a key on her flute was not working correctly. I googled some places near by and found O'Learys.
I found O’Learys Music Center when I was consistently having a hard time working with the “big box” music store that I was introduced to through my children’s school. I was looking for simple repairs that were not astronomically priced and didn’t take a minimum of 2-3 weeks.
I’m extremely pleased with the work Craig has done on my saxophone. I felt engaged with the entire repair process because he checked in with me multiple times and sent pictures of the issue. Now I can be more proactive looking for future issues.
My daughter’s violin needed a last minute tuneup and strings… Craig from O’Leary’s responded right away and was very accommodating, working around our time constraints. He had the violin ready to go in under 24 hours and again worked with my schedule to collect it.
