Kenny replaced strings on 2 of guitars. It was kind of unprecedented because bill and are the same age group, I have my pride. I did to help a new owner out. You need to support local business.Agreed bill is the best but it's his time to retire. Kenny is good man.

Love the small Ma and Pa type shops. Have been coming to onstage for many years when Bill owned it....I thought he was out of business for a long time then realized he moved literally ½ mile up ridge road from us. I brought the new owner my newest guitar for an initial setup and intonation.

And true to his word, I brought it back in and Kenny set the action according to my personal needs. It's not a one-size-fits-all situation.
