Matt is a great guy and does great work! Really clean setup and fret work had my jazz bass playing better than ever. He was also able to masterfully route a neck pocket to the correct depth and restore an 1980s bass trust rod. So yea he can pretty much solve any problem.
If you are looking for quality and detail oriented repairs look no further. Matt does an incredible job with everything you could possibly need for your instrument. I am a musician with Cirque Du Soleil here in Orlando and can’t recommend Matt enough.
Matt is a highly skilled luthier that is not afraid to tackle unique projects. I came to him with a Greek bouzouki custom ordered from overseas. It had a top soundboard crack about 7 inches long. I have looked far and wide to find someone that would be willing to accept this repair.
I brought in a fender stratocaster that I have NEVER gotten set up before. I was pretty hesitant because I really didn't want to ruin the action on my guitar but Matthew straight up exceeded all expectations that I had. Off sight alone he spotted worn frets and was very up front that the setup alone would not work.
