Wyatt is the best in town. Every interaction I've had with him has been genuine, warm and caring. I don't feel like another customer or credit card to him. He's an artist who cares about other artists having their tools be at their best.
From start to finish the whole process with Overman was excellent. They manifestly care about their work. Maddie was personable and helpful with intake, and Wyatt was knowledgable and attentive with the work on my guitar. Communication was way beyond my expectations as well. My guitar hasn't played so well in years!
These guys are great! I am a new learner so I havent the foggiest idea what I need. I brought my electric guitar in to make sure it was up to snuff and they were very honest and up front about what they think was needed to get it tuned. They didnt oversell me on things I didnt need!
I'm so glad I stumbled across this place--my guitar feels so much better after Wyatt's setup, like worlds better. Next time I know if I buy a new instrument, just take it straight here. He also fixed up my trusty ukulele.
