John was very helpful. He tuned my Mandolin and set me up with all my beginner needs. I was ready to replace the strings on the used Mandolin that I just bought. Not knowing anything about them, I just assumed it would need new ones. He was honest enough to let me know the strings were still in good shape.
The staff is very helpful no matter if you're there for a $2 item or $2,000 item. It's the only place I would consider renting an instrument in this area. It may be the only place to rent an instrument in this area but the prices are fair and the service is great.
2 student instuments, 1 professional level and i could not be happier. Great service, support, repairs and accounting for payments. All fantastic and great quality.
