I want to thank the repair shop for their patience with my flute repair. Ryan and Brooklyne went over and above, repairing my Armstrong Heritage flute! It was a gift from my parents in 1973 and means the world to me. They replaced all the pads and made several adjustments. Great staff, truly appreciate it!
Great service. I’ve been using Palen Music for all service and repair needs for my band kid. Super friendly and helpful staff. Service is always great.
