I didn’t look around as I just popped in to drop off a flute for repair and pick up a few items I had purchased over the phone. Great team running this place. They did a free estimate on the repair, then text me with the cost. I was able to pay a 50% deposit through a secure link he sent me.
My experience with Palen Music Center has been very frustrating and disappointing. By the lack of help and run-arounds. I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment over a minor issue that became a major headache.

I’m always impressed with the experience from every phone call to actually being in their store. They provide reliable warranty service for repairs, ensuring instruments are well maintained.
I LOVED visiting this FUN store! The staff is super friendly, upbeat, helpful, & knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the perfect accessories for my new drumset & they didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. Truly, this was the best experience I've had at a music store in YEARS! I can't wait to go back!
