Diego was hands down one of the best customer service/salesman I have dealt with in a while, with my self being a real estate agent and a banker I have had the pleasure of working with many different people and Diego hands down showed understanding, teamwork and business savvy.
Had an awesome experience at Pawn America! They had some really good deals on guitars, and we ended up getting a couple we loved. Everyone there was super nice and respectful. Diego and Rachel were awesome — super helpful and made the whole process easy.
Huge thank you to Jenni I came in looking for a good laptop. She helped me out with that and also ended up walking out with nice DJI drone. Great staff all around.
