I have been a customer at the Pawn shop of Ventura for about 5 years, and the whole Staff Starting With the Manager Jen and her associate managers, Gabrial and Mario and the sales staff Gonsalo, Tucker, and Alex as well as some part time staff get a big thumbs up from me.
I love stoping by here any time I have the opportunity to when in California. The staff I have had the pleasure of speaking to, Mario, Gabriel, Zaira, and of course Jen, were wonderful. Items were more than reasonably priced. I've bought an antique white gold ring and sterling silver vanity set. 10/10 recommend.
The staff is GREAT! I have been coming to them for years and years. Your property is safe and they give you what value your belongings you bring in are. Always professional, nice and caring. You are not just a customer, you are treated like family. Will never go anywhere else. Thank you everyone!
