This is a fine store from which to choose a piano. Their inventory has quite a variety of instruments and the staff are very knowledgeable about the various pianos in the store. The prices are very, very reasonable. No need to drive to far off cities to shop for a piano.
Absolutely the BEST customer service in the business. We were in talks for months about what to buy. James was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and simply went way out of his way to help me decide. Their pricing was better than any place else I considered too. Delivery and setup was a breeze.
