I went for a trial class for my 2 daughters with Sasha. She was super nice and patient. My girls are small but very interested in learning how to play the cello. She was very friendly, caring and she answered all my questions. Edit: now my daughters are enrolled in cello lessons and I could not be more excited!

This was a very good experience for me. They helped me pick out the perfect guitar for me. Forget all these people complaining about the price, it's how much a guitar and other instruments SHOULD be. They customer service was really good, too.
