Best guitar shop around, highly recommend for anything guitar related, and there is no one else in the area I'd trust my guitars to for advanced things I need done. Especially for repairs.
I brought my newly acquired Reverend Jetstream in for a setup. I had contacted the store about an hour prior to check their availability. Matt, the only guy working, was patient and knowledgable. He had my guitar (featuring a tremolo bridge), restrung 2 sizes down, intonated and the action adjusted within 25 minutes.
After a number of dealings with Phat Cat Guitars, I am very satisfied with the quality of service and gear I have received from them. Nothing but high praise from me. This is a first-rate, pro level shop. Highly recommend!
It's a great alternative to your usual guitar stores. It's not really a place to find cheap music equipment, but it is all quality and somewhat affordable.
