My very first experience with Phoenix Music was an emergency repair for a Saxophone that my son needed the next day for a competition. I walked in clearly in a panic hoping that the instrument could be repaired before the next day.
I came here to get two professional level Bach horns cleaned. Steve, one of the instrument cleaners and repairmen, made sure to take his time on each instrument. He even made sure that the valve and slide oil was exactly what I wanted before applying.
Dan and Steve are amazing repairmen and people! They made sure that everything on my saxophone was perfect and they encourage me to reach out to them if I need anything else done. Such kind, genuine, and intelligent people! I'm very thankful for the work they put into my horn.
I can not thank Dan and the wonderful staff here enough.
