If you're looking for guitar repair and guitar service in the greater Burlington area, stop by Plante Guitar Co. Micah took my Taylor GS Mini to the next level. It was in need for a little TLC after years of playing, and within a few days, I had my guitar back and playing better than ever.
I’ve known Micah for about 15 years and hadn’t seen him in over ten years. He was always a genuine and friendly guy and he sings and plays guitar really nicely, so when I saw him forming his career as a luthier on Facebook from afar, almost a decade ago, I was pretty sure he’d do great work.
Just wanted to heartily recommend Plante Guitar Co. in Bristol to any guitar enthusiasts who might need help with their instruments. I called Micah, who runs the shop, for an appointment after a string snapped on the first guitar I'd gotten to play since 4th grade.
Impressive eye for detail; Micah is nothing short of an excellent craftsman for sure! I have a rare guitar that needed fret leveling (we decided a stainless steel fret upgrade would be idea), neck height adjustment, new bridge posts, replacement of missing and stripped for the saddles and some new pots.
