How desperate I was to have my brand new acoustic guitar restrung after moving here from Hawai into Lynn Haven for maybe a week . The text option for communication made it less evasive and the beginning of a great experience with their customer service .
Most of the staff here is very nice. The GM is a little off putting though. His demeanor made me feel like I was at a car lot and had me wondering if I would be treated the same if I had been a man.
My classical guitar was in need of a makeover. Jeremy installed new strings, and a new pick up battery, polished and put strap in place. Plus checked out my amp. He treats guitars with dignity and he also plays beautiful classical guitar. I highly recommend Jeremy to fix all of your guitar problems.
We love this place! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are super friendly and have always answered any question we have. Highly recommend them if you are interested in renting or buying an instrument!
