Absolutely an exceptional experience with Kurt, Bill, and Bobby! Was dealing with a brand new short neck Ibanez bass that had fret buzz. The three of them worked it out and fixed the issue. God bless them. Great interpersonal service, period. And, I wish I could play the bass like Bobby. This guy kills it!
We had a lovely experience at Playground Music Center. We had a family trombone repaired, and they had a tough time getting the parts. In the end we are so thankful for their patience and perseverance to make our little musician happy. Take care and thanks again!!!
