Sure, when you hit up one of those big chain stores you think you’re saving a quarter or two, but in the long run you will be missing out on so much more.
I'm a long time audio guy and I've spent the last nearly 30 years around musicians helping them translate their craft through the most simple up to the most advanced in large format PA systems. I've also managed to spend a lot of time in guitar shops working with techs and owners alike.

Mr. Pollard and his associates did a great job fixing up a couple of guitars that mean a lot to me. They cleaned them, took them apart, polished them, fixed several lingering issues with each , even restrung them for me! They got the job done quickly, and were understanding of my schedule.
