We use the branch in Sioux Falls, SD. We've bought our piano and rented 2 instruments through their rent to own system at Popplers. Once the first rental was paid off, we were given the opportunity to upgrade to a higher level instrument (plastic to wooden clarinet) using what was paid for by the first to pay for part…
Excellent service. I took my flute in for cleaning and repair, if necessary. The charges were clearly explained when I dropped it off. When the technician examined the flute and found some issues, she called and explained everything, gave a cost estimate and asked what I wanted to do before any extra cost was incurred.
Overall experience was fantastic! Poppler’s worked with me to get my daughter’s instrument back up and running as her strings had broken from some seized up keys; not a great start to the school year and Middle School band. We have the service plan through our instrument agreement.
POPPLERS exceeded expectation!!!! We dropped off an older flute for repairs and they estimated the costs would be in the $500 range. The turn around time was very quick and they delivered the flute directly to our school. We were shocked when the invoice was $88. I called to confirm that it was indeed correct.
